Plan4Health Resources

A key aspect of the project is making sure our grantees – and all planning or public health professionals – have the tools and the resources they need to support innovative, sustainable work in local communities across the country.

Peer Learning Network

PLNPlan4Health’s Peer Learning Network (PLN) connects planners and public health professionals creating change in their communities.

Plan4Health is committed to elevating and to amplifying the expertise of Plan4Heath coalitions by showcasing your work and the work of your peers.

The PLN is open to organizational partners, community leaders, professional allies and anyone passionate about creating vibrant, healthy places!

Resource Libraries
